Lec.<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: 'Sakkal Majalla';\">Noura Riyadh Al-Dabbagh<\/span> and attended by several members of the department.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Sakkal Majalla';\"><strong>The workshop examined the structural transformation currently unfolding within the international system. The presenter noted that the balance of power is no longer measured solely by nuclear arsenals. Instead, algorithmic superiority\u2026driven by advances in artificial intelligence and the processing of large-scale data\u2026has emerged as a central pillar of contemporary digital dominance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Sakkal Majalla';\">T<strong>he workshop concluded by emphasizing that the evolving nature of international power requires states, including Iraq, to recognize the growing importance of digital sovereignty and to develop national capabilities in cybersecurity.
