The new issue (98) of the International Studies magazine issued by the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad has been published.<\/p>\n
Issue (98) included (27) scientific research papers by researchers from various universities, research and academic institutions specialized in monitoring political events, and dealt with the Iraqi issue in its various aspects. These are studies in which researchers tried to analyze and explain some aspects of the democratic experience in Iraq, and try to present visions and ideas that serve the political decision-maker in the various government institutions, and in a way that enhances its progress and development to meet the various needs of the people.<\/p>\n
In the regional issue, some research papers tried to address some aspects of important regional issues that are not without an impact on the Iraqi political arena in its development and repercussions. The connection is clear between internal and regional developments and they have different forms and dimensions of repercussions on internal issues and the nature of the Iraqi government’s policies towards these issues and their repercussions.<\/p>\n
The international issue was not absent from the research papers of this issue, as international issues are numerous and intertwined in their development and repercussions, and interest in these issues varies according to the interest and orientations of researchers. International crises and their effects are intertwined and increasing.<\/p>\n
Some of these crises have affected Iraqi affairs, especially the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, which continues to have serious repercussions on the situation in Iraq and the region, especially in the issue of securing food and the supply chain, which has been clearly affected by this crisis, in addition to other international issues and crises that continue to pose a threat to security in the world. Without there being clear features to resolve or address these crises.<\/p>\n
Finally, the Center seeks, through this magazine, to provide academic scientific visions that contribute to addressing various internal, regional and international issues. All studies included in the issue reflect the vision and ideas of their authors, who alone bear responsibility for what is included in them, and the Center does not adopt any ideas or trends related to this research.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
