Center’s Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Annual Production of Scientific Research<\/strong>: Producing annual scientific research dedicated to increasing public awareness and understanding of other countries, international issues, and the global environment. This initiative aims to contribute knowledge and insight to fundamental debates on Iraq, the Middle East, and global policy.<\/li>\n
  2. Annual Conferences<\/strong>: Hosting annual conferences that provide a unique opportunity for international awareness and an understanding of current foreign affairs.<\/li>\n
  3. Symposia, Workshops, and Seminars<\/strong>: Organizing symposia, workshops, and seminars around international events and issues.<\/li>\n
  4. Diverse Research Throughout the Academic Year<\/strong>: Conducting various types of research throughout the academic year on topics related to development, peace, and international justice. These publications offer both “instant analysis” of breaking events and thoughtful, long-range assessments of trends shaping future policy.<\/li>\n
  5. Exchange of Thoughts and Perspectives:<\/strong> Encouraging the exchange of thoughts and perspectives among academics and fostering policy-relevant programs.<\/li>\n
  6. Advice and Engagement with Students<\/strong>: Providing advice to students and engaging the center’s research staff in collaborative research. Some staff members also deliver lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students.<\/li>\n
  7. Promotion of Long-Range Thinking<\/strong>: Promoting long-range thinking across sectors on global strategic issues, including development, peace, human rights, and international justice.<\/li>\n
  8. Closed-Door Seminars:<\/strong> Conducting closed-door seminars as a unique venue for those concerned about trends and developments in Iraq, the Middle East, and world policy.<\/li>\n
  9. Lectures by Arab and Foreign Figures<\/strong>: Hosting lectures by prominent Arab and foreign figures.<\/li>\n
  10. Weekly Workshops<\/strong>: Conducting weekly workshops.<\/li>\n
  11. Consultations to State Institutions<\/strong>: Providing consultations to state institutions concerned with international affairs.<\/li>\n
