I extend my congratulations and blessings to the great Iraqi people, on the anniversary of the Great Victory Day over terrorist gangs, as the joint forces in their various types of security services and the Popular Mobilization Forces wrote a major epic in fighting terrorism on behalf of the world, and making sacrifices and blood to cleanse the land of Iraq from the defilement of criminal gangs.
\nAs we congratulate the Iraqis on this great occasion, we must refer to the blessed fatwa issued by the supreme religious authority, headed by His Eminence Sayyid Ali Al-Hussein Al-Sistani, may God perpetuate Iraq and Iraqis, and thanks to this pure blood and the courage of the brave fighters, security and stability would not have been achieved in our beloved Iraq.<\/p>\n
