Ali Abdul Muttalib Sadiq, a researcher at our center, where he discussed the radical transformation in the concept of development. This transformation started from limiting development to the economic aspect (physical capital), then expanded to include human development (human capital), followed by a focus on sustainable development and social capital, leading to the concept of human development. The researcher explained that this transformation is the basis for the emergence of the relationship between the concept of &#8220;good governance&#8221; and sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the two concepts of development, Eng.
