{"id":756,"date":"2025-05-05T07:35:10","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T07:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.cis.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=756"},"modified":"2025-05-05T07:35:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T07:35:10","slug":"workshop-explores-geopolitical-significance-of-the-indo-pacific-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.cis.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=756","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Workshop Explores Geopolitical Significance of the Indo-Pacific Region&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Media and Government Communications Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its ongoing efforts to address pressing geopolitical issues, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, under the direction of Dr. Adel Badiwi, hosted a workshop titled <em>\u201cThe Geopolitical Significance of the Indo-Pacific Region.\u201d<\/em> The session was led by Assistant Lecturer Hareer Issam Mohammed and organized by the Center\u2019s Crisis Management Department.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop explored the growing strategic importance of the Indo-Pacific, highlighting its role as a key geopolitical arena amid global shifts in power dynamics.
