The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit at the Center for Strategic and International Studies – University of Baghdad held a workshop on “Mechanism of Work with Performance Evaluation Forms” for the academic year 2023-2024, in which a number of researchers and academics at our center participated.
The workshop, presented by Eng. Shaima Taymour Jameel, Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, included clarifying the mechanism of work in the performance evaluation forms prepared by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which includes all employees and formations of the ministry, as well as clarifying the mechanism for applying the paragraphs of the performance evaluation forms for employees of research centers and the method of calculating the performance evaluation score according to the electronic system and paper files for the academic year 2023-2024.
She pointed out the importance of performance evaluation forms in improving and evaluating the quality of the functional and academic performance of the university’s employees, which leads to raising the university’s evaluations in accordance with international standards, and making it among the ranks of advanced universities.
He stressed the need to adhere to the controls and instructions of performance evaluation files by pledging the validity of the information provided by the center’s employees in their documents submitted according to the paper form and necessary.
