As part of the second day of Global Entrepreneurship Week programming, a specialized seminar was convened to provide an in-depth analysis of the 2025 United States National Security Strategy.
The researchers analyzed the transition in U.S. strategic doctrine from traditional military deterrence toward a model grounded in digital dominance and technological superiority. The seminar underscored the strategic dimensions of this shift and its implications for the international system, particularly in light of the digital revolution and the rise of nontraditional forms of conflict.

The event concluded with recommendations calling for the adoption of an international legal framework for cybersecurity and for the strengthening of strategic transparency in order to prevent the militarization of digital space.
