“The Provisions of the Constitutional Document Between the Original Constituent Authority and the Derived One” is the title of the scientific research published in the Iraqi Association for Political Science Journal, authored by the Director of our Center”

The eleventh issue of the Iraqi Association for Political Science Journal, published in June 2024, featured a scientific research paper by Dr. Asaad Tarish Abdul Redha, Director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Titled “Provisions of the Constitutional Document Between the Original Constituent Authority and the Derived One,” the paper examines the constitution document’s provisions and laws governing the establishment or rebuilding of states.
