A delegation from the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad, headed by Dr. Asaad Taresh Abdul Redha, discussed with the President of the People’s University, Dr. Yousef Khalaf Yousef, ways of joint cooperation and scientific exchange between the two sides.
Dr. Asaad Taresh said on the sidelines of the meeting that brought him together with the President of the People’s University, Dr. Yousef Khalaf, that today we discussed ways of joint cooperation and exchange of scientific expertise, opinions and ideas that would increase the scientific progress achieved by the two universities.
Dr. Asaad Taresh added that we have been continuing this approach since we took over the management of the Center for Studies. We had many meetings that resulted in scientific activities and solid research, in addition to important seminars and dialogue sessions that shed light on many of the problems facing the country.
While Dr. Yousef Khalaf, President of the People’s University, welcomed the delegation of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, he praised the ideas and proposals presented by the delegation of our center.
The delegation included the Director of the Public Policy Department at the Center, Prof. Dr. Riyad Abdul Ibrahim, Prof. Dr. Salim Katea Ali, and M.D. Eng. Muhand Abdul Wahab, W.M.M. Hussein Salah Al-Khorasan.
