Dr. Asaad Taresh Abdul Redha, Director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad, chaired the meeting of the Department of Regional and International Political Studies, in the presence of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Mufid Kased Al-Zaidi and a number of researchers in the department.
The meeting discussed reviewing the achievements of 2024 according to the research plan set at the beginning of the year, where the achievement of 100% of the plan was commended, which reflects the success of the department in implementing its research objectives.
During the meeting, a discussion was opened among researchers on the possibility of developing new research activities within the available disciplines, with the aim of developing research work and enhancing scientific production.
